How it works

The Dinamics

We take details and photographs of the items and then create an ad to list on sites such as eBay, Autotrader and others.

After discussing prices we start the auctions, please note that lower starting prices often attracts more viewers and consequently higher prices, our experts are happy to help suggesting prices.

The auctions can take 5, 7 or 10 days and you will get a link to see your items on line.

After receiving payment from buyers, we send you an invoice  with a report, it can take up to 4 weeks after being sold.

The appropriate fee is deducted and you receive a cheque or a bank transfer with the remaining amount.

Communication

We communicate with you and the buyers during the course of the auction, there will be no contact between you and them.

You are welcome to contact us at any time.

Unsold Items

When an item doesn't sell, eBay still charges the listing fee which will be deducted from you at cost + £1.

You can choose to lower the price and re-list it for another 5, 7 or 10 days.

If your item doesn't sell for the second time round, the eBay listing fee will double but if it sells, the standard fee will apply.

Your unsold items will be available for collection within 20 days from the end of the auction, after this period unless agreed before, the full legal title of any uncollected item will be transferred to us.

Covered Areas

If you live out of these areas, we can still work for you by arranging to bring your items to a self storage unit near us.

There is a £20 fee for our visit within the covered area (if your postcode is within 20 miles from KT14 7PW).

If your area is not included please give us a call.

Delivery

If the items are to be collected from your place, we will book a convenient time for you and the buyer to meet at your premises and you can deliver it yourself.

In this case we text you with the selling price and let you know if it has been paid to us or if you are to receive cash on collection.

It is extremely important that the items are available for collection as soon as the auctions end.

If the items are to be collected from a storage near us, we will need to have the access password, then our team will meet up with the buyer for delivery with no extra cost otherwise if you prefer to meet up with the buyer it is also fine.

Smaller items that are kept in our storage are packed and sent buy us via Royal Mail or any other appropriate courier service paid by the buyers.
